The collected data is personal data under applicable law. The personal reference can be made by me but only through a provider request, which requires a court order. The IP address will be deleted after 21 days of all systems that are used in connection with the operation of this website. After that time, I can no longer make a personal reference from the remaining data.

Legal basis for this data processing is article 6 paragraph 1 (f) General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR. My "interest" referring to article 6 paragraph 1 (f) is the operation of this website and achieving the objectives of protection of the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.

There is no processing of your personal data collected on my website in a so-called third country outside the European Union through me.

Google Web fonts

This site uses so-called Web fonts, which are provided by Google to the uniform appearance of fonts. When you call a page, your browser loads the required Web fonts into your browser cache to display correctly text and fonts.

For this purpose the browser used by you must include connection to Google's servers. Through this Google becomes aware that my site was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web fonts is done in the interest of a uniform and attractive representation of my website. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of article 6 paragraph 1 (f) GDPR.

You have the right to receive information about the personal data concerning you. You can contact me for information at any time.

Since I process no identifiable information about you on my website (only your ISP can assign your IP address to you), I grant you but, for technical reasons, no information to the data associated with your visits to my Web site. With your request, I'm getting data that identifies your person the first time.

To process an information request, I must handle your name and your contact information. You give me the permission to do so by your request.

If you put an information request, which is not in written form, please understand that I then if necessary evidence you require proving that you are the person that you give.

The following sentences describe your rights following GDPR. Since the data collected are protocol specifications, they cannot be corrected however.

In addition, you have a right of rectification or cancellation or restriction of the processing, as far as this is required by law to.

In addition, you have a right to object to the processing in the framework of the legal requirements. The same applies for the right to data portability.

The right of objection and the law on data portability are not practically applicable to data collected by my Web pages. The log data will be deleted automatically after 21 days. If you do not visit my website, no data will be collected. Portability is technically meaningless (this data will be automatically transfer/generated when visiting a website)and can neither be identified, because your personal log data cannot be allocated by me without the information from your provider about the person to whom the IP addressat is allocated at the time of accessing my website.

Right of appeal to a supervisory authority

You have the right to complain about the processing of personal data by me at a supervisory authority for data protection.
